Welcome to the
AnyBody Research Project!

This is the home of a biomechanical research project.

AnyBody is ideal for micro gravity applications because these conditions are so difficult to recreate experimentally.

The aims of the project are

Software

	to develop methods for analysis of movement strategies and tendon, muscle and joint forces in humans performing specific manual tasks
	to investigate what numerical simulation can teach us about the function of the human body
	to use the analysis for ergonomic optimization of tools, workplaces and man/machine interfaces.

This project is the origin of the AnyBody Modeling System, a unique software for musculoskeletal analysis.

Development and distribution of this software ias handled by AnyBody Technology.

	Join AnyScript.org
		www.anyscript.org is the official venue for discussing biomechanical model development in the AnyScript language. You can download the latest public models, define your own model development project, discuss problems and solutions and even create your own space where you can cooperate with your partners on model development projects outside geographical constraints. As of March 2009, www.anyscript.org replaces this site as the distribution vehicle for the model repository.
